ABOUT:

Vmicro Corp. is a Vietnam Corporation. Our Engineering group came from USA and we had over 30 years in the fields of Software Designs, Hardware, Clean Room Design, Fab Design, Automation Control, Programmable Logic Controller, Wireless Networking, and Semiconductor Equipment Design.  We have been working with Universal Semiconductor Inc. in San Jose California to develop a 10 Mega Watt Mono and Multi Crystal Solar Cells lines.  Currently we are aim for the power plants including application, consultant, training and design for solar manufacturing, wafer fabrication, LED manufacturing, and Renewable Energy including Solar Farm, Wind Farm, Smart Grid, Grid Tie Inverter, Solar Tracking, Power Distribution, Bio Fuel, Bio Diesel, Bio Ethanol and Advance Bio Ethanol.

Our engineer involved several power energy projects at the semiconductor fabrication in USA. We had saved electronic bill of a company up to 30% energy per year by adding a small wireless controller unit to monitor current/voltage of any system allow switching on and off any time by any schedules. The wireless unit range about 40 miles, the wireless units can switch by a serial RS232 or Ethernet     

Vmicro Corp. experienced on thin film CdTe process, Screen Printing Solar cells, Bio-Diesel, Solar tracking system, Solar Farm and Semiconductor equipment. We are able to design and manufacture Ion Implanter, CVD, PVD, PECVD, Furnace, MEMS and Probe Tester, and MOCVD.

Our engineers consulted  the first NanoTech Fab and supported  ICDRED for first CPU in VietNam.
