Tran thi Lam – Chairman of the Board
Mrs. Lam is chairman of Viet Vmicro. Corp., Chairman of Hoa Lam Investment, the Vietnam's leading investor of hopital,banking and building. She has more than 30 years of senior executive experience. Mrs. Lam has served as Chairman of HoaLam Kymco is a largest motorcycle in Vietnam.

Duong Ngoc Hoa – Vice Chairman of Board
Mr. Hoa is a founding member of Vmicro. He is Chairman of VietBank, one of top 10 largest Bank in Viet Nam. Mr. Hoa brings to Vmicro 10 year of leadership experience at HoaLam Kymco. There, he served as CEO of HoaLam Kymco motorcycle, Chief Technology Officer for Kymco's manufacturing of motorcycle.  He has been  developed and financed projects including solar, building solar  power in Vietnam. Mr. Hoa holds a BS in Science from the University from Vietnam.

Tran phuoc Thien Co founder- CEO International

Mr. Thien is a founding member of the management team of Vmicro and guidance of the company to become a large vertically-Integrated Solar Power. Under is leadership, Vmicro have assembled a team of world-class semiconductor manufacturing, solar photovoltaic technology and commercialization. He was Chief Executive Officer of the Spider Graphics Inc, the most famous VGA card in USA. He has more than 20 years of senior manufacturing in semiconductor equipment and wafer process experience. Mr. Thien has served as President of Milpitas Ion Implanter, Inc. , the first company manufacture 2MeV ion implanter. He is a  Vice President of Te at  Universal Semiconductor Inc. and he has been developed Solar Cells lines at this fabrication. Mr. Thien  received a BA Mathematic and Computer Science from the University of San Jose State.

Duong Nhat Nguyen- Executive Vice President
Mr. Nguyen is Executive Vice President of Vmicro Corp. M. Mr. Nguyen led Vmicro in developing marketplace solutions to social and environmental problems, identifying key tipping points in markets that will elands of to sustainability in that sector.  Mr. Nguyen helped launch Business for Social Responsibility and served on its founding board. Mr. Nguyen worked on renewable energy and energy efficiency for the VietBank program, and market and economic development issues in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Nguyen received a BS degree from university in England and received a MBA from a university of Phoenix in USA.

Jackie Tran- Chief Finical Officer
Mrs. Jackie is Chief Financial Officer of Vmicro Corp. Mrs. Jackie was head financial officer of BMW motorcycle in San Jose California. She was a CEO of Art Multimedia Inc. She lead the company sold over million of computer. Mr. Jackie received a BS degree in Information System from San Jose State University in USA.

Andy Tran – Chief Scientist
Mr. Andy is a founding member of Micro's management team and has driven the company’s research and development efforts to continuously improve effiency solar cells. Mr. Andy is  Bio-Engineering from University of Berkeley.
